The East Anglian Air Ambulance flew to the aid of a woman who had suffered a fit in Southminster yesterday.
The East of England Ambulance Service sent a rapid response vehicle and ambulance to Southminster after receiving a call 6.45pm on Monday.
The EAAA landed at the King George Playing fields just before 9.15pm.
Dr Jenny Townsend and CCP Gary Spitzer assisted the East of England Ambulance Service who were already on the scene before escorting the woman, believed to be in her 30s, in the land ambulance to Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford.
They were able to provide additional treatment and sedation during the 43 minute journey.
