Children donned their jeans to raise money for Diabetes UK.
Poppy Walmsley, ten, organised the Denim for Diabetes day at Tollesbury Primary School, where she is a pupil, as her sister, Abigail, 12, and dad, Stuart, both have Type 1 diabetes.
The family, of The Street, Salcott, have raised thousands of pounds for the charity over the years.
Mum, Katie Walmsley, said: “It went really well. They raised just over £220, the children loved it and it was a great way to start the half term holidays.”
