Children scaled the heights of a 30ft climbing wall to be daredevils for a day.
Maylandsea Primary School organised for pupils to have a go at climbing and archery.
Headteacher Nick Rudman said: “Adventurous activities give children a chance to challenge themselves and to experience taking risks and feeling some sense of danger and trepidation in a safe, controlled environment.
“Above all, this sort of learning is a refreshing change from normal school activities and it is fun and exciting for all the children."
