A primary school has been told it needs to improve for the second time, by Ofsted.

St Mary’s Primary School, in Burnham, was inspected on March 13-14.

Inspectors found that all areas of the school needed improving, although children in Early Years Foundation Stage made good progress and pupils feel safe.

The last inspection in 2012 also found the school required improvement.

The chair of governors, Father Mark North, called the outcome ‘disappointing’.
