A family have been left homeless after a car reversed into their house, causing severe structural damage.
Stay-at-home mum Jenna Moss was at a baby sensory class in Sandon when a car drove into the living room of her end of terrace home in Long Common, Heybridge.
No-one was in at the time.
The 29-year-old, who lives in the three-bedroom house with her two children, Alfie, three, and Anabel, eight months, and her partner Chris Murphy, feared that if she had been home, someone could have died.
She said: “It could have been fatal.
“Where the car drove into is basically where my boys toys are, a vintage record player and a TV.
“My kids could have been playing where the toys were."
