Cyclists can enjoy a gentle ride through Maldon.

Maldon and District Cycling Club has teamed up with national cycling charity CTC to once again run regular rides starting in March.

They begin on Tuesday, March 4, and Sunday, March 9, and will run every two weeks.

They start at 11am and last about 45 minutes.

The Tuesday rides start from Maldon Library and the Sunday rides from the Bowls Club along the Park Drive entrance to Promenade Park.

Maldon and District Cycling Club is also holding a ‘come and try’ event at Promenade Park, Maldon, near the cafe, this Sunday from 10.30am to 2pm.

Riders can try a display of bikes, including electric ones, and a cycle ride is planned at noon.
