A Latchingdon man suffered serious leg injuries after he was a victim of a hit-and-run on St Valentine’s night.
The 27-year-old was struck by a car in The Street shortly before 2.30am last Saturday and the driver failed to stop at the scene.
He was taken to Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford, where he remains in a stable condition.
Police officers want to speak to three men, who they believe will be able to help with their investigation.
They also want to speak to anyone who was in the village’s Red Lion pub between 10pm and midnight on Friday.
