Heybridge car crash
A car driver left the scene of an accident after two cars struck each other on Broad Street Green Road this morning.
A Ford Focus and a blue Peugeot collided with each other in Heybridge, shortly after 11am.
The driver of the Peugeot failed to remain at the scene, and police are trying to identify their whereabouts.
The other driver, a man in his 40s, suffered back pain and was taken to Broomfield Hospital for further treatment.
