A care home has been ordered to improve.
Totham Lodge residential home failed in four assessment areas - the care and welfare of residents, respecting those who used the service, management of medicines and assessing and monitoring the quality of service provision - after a recent watchdog inspection.
Only one category - the standard of staffing - met the standards set by the Care Quality Commission.
The commission has since told the home, in Broad Street Green Road, Great Totham, that it must produce a report on how it will turn its performance around.
The care watchdog will then check to make sure the necessary action has been taken.
