A gospel hall could be built on a transport depot and haulage yard.

Chelmsford Gospel Hall Trust has applied for permission to built a hall for up to 100 people and a bungalow at AJ Ostridge Transport in Marlpits Road, Cock Clarks.

A report by Andrew Beard, of planning agent CSJ Planning, said it could accommodate up to 100 people mid-week and 40 on Sunday mornings.

Maldon District Council has yet to make a decision on the planning application.
