Five organisations in Bradwell and Tillingham have been given the first round of grants from the Bradwell Wind Farm Community Fund.
They include £10,000 for new playground equipment at St Cedd’s Primary School, £3,500 towards a feasibility study to establish the viability of Bradwell Community Shop Association buying its shop premises and £1,500 for roof repairs, and window and guttering maintenance at St Thomas’s Church, also in the village.
