Tolleshunt D'Arcy: 22 homes proposal to be decided on
A controversial proposal for 22 houses to be built in Tolleshunt D’Arcy is set to be rejected by district councillors.
Maldon district councillors are due to make a decision on plans for 74 Tollesbury Road at a North Western area planning committee meeting tomorrow.
It is hoped that the existing chalet bungalow, stables, storage sheds and double garage will be demolished to make way for 22 houses, seven of which will be affordable.
The proposed development, which will sit on a 0.96 hectare site, will include a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom houses over two or two-and-a-half storeys.
