Maldon: Modern shop and flats plan rejected
5:00pm Thursday 8th August 2013 in Local News

Applicant Dave Marshall had planned to build behind 123 High Street, Maldon, within the conservation area.
Maldon District Council planning officers had approved of the contemporary building, designed with a flat roof, solar panels, timber panels and levels at varying heights.
But the planning committee disagreed.
