A retired English teacher is still looking for answers amid claims his wife was put on the controversial Liverpool Care Pathway without consent.
John Stuart, who once taught at Plume School, requested his wife Margaret’s medical notes and also issued a complaint to Chelmsford’s Farleigh Hospice following her death at the age of 67 in July last year.
Qualified barrister Mrs Stuart, who worked as a court clerk, died at the hospice after having been diagnosed with breast cancer in 2004.
