Maldon: Tesco pub plans look set to get the go ahead
Tesco’s plans to take over a Maldon pub have been recommended for approval.
Plans to transform The Cups pub in Wantz Road, Maldon, to a Tesco Express store have been recommended for approval by Maldon District Council planning officers.
A large number of objectors are expected to pack into the council offices next Wednesday evening for the Central Area Planning meeting at 7.30pm at which a decision will be made.
