Youngsters from across the Dengie are being taught to overcome any obstacle - in the form of free running.

Jumping off walls to buildings are just some of the daredevil stunts that children can now learn to do in the classes based at Ormiston Rivers Academy in Burnham - the only place in the district to offer training on the sport.

Also known as Parkour, the form of urban gymnastics attracted some 60 young people to its first session last month.
