Maldon: On yer bike! (and barge)
Beer brewed in Maldon will travel to London by bicycle and boat.
The “Beer by Barge and Bike” initiative will see three kegs of beer from the Mighty Oak Brewery transported to St Katherines Dock on The Cambria before being delivered to the Simon The Tanner pub by a bicycle courier.
This is the second time the brewery has staged such an event, after they put on “Beer by Barge” last July, where beer was delivered to pubs up and down the Essex coastline by boat.
