Maldon: Dog mess hell

Tenants at one set of Maldon flats are at their “wits end” with dog mess and are considering moving.
Iain Gear and his family, who live in St Giles Crescent, have complained numerous times to Moat Housing over dog mess in the communal garden at the flats.
It is against the tenancy agreement for residents at the flats to have pets which makes the problem all the more frustrating for the 28-year-old information governance manager.
