Bradwell: 'You're amazing' says house fire mum to generous residents Bradwell: 'You're amazing' says house fire mum to generous residents

A family who lost everything in a Bradwell house fire have expressed their gratitude after residents across the district donated thousands of pounds worth of belongings.

Judith Robinson, who works at Dengie Crops, husband Matt and their children Caitlun, 15, and Callum, eight, were left homeless last week after a blaze tore through their bungalow in East End Road.

Generous neighbours, villagers and people who they have never met have donated furniture, clothes, games, electrical items and more.

Mrs Robinson, 33, who has now relocated to another house in Bradwell with her family, paid tribute to the “amazing community”.

She said: “The reaction from people has been absolutely amazing, every time we receive something my husband and I are in tears.

“It’s incredible, we don’t know how to thank people, what an amazing community."
