A Maldon vet is thrilled by the news that all dogs will have to be chipped from 2016 onwards.
Helen Archibald, who is Principal Veterinary Surgeon at Avon House veterinary surgery says that the move is “100% the right thing to do”.
Under new Government rules, all dogs in England will have to be microchipped from April 2016 to help combat strays and prosecute violent dog owners.
