A TOP judge will decide whether Lord Hanningfield was wrongfully arrested.
The disgraced peer has sued Essex Police for unlawful arrest and trespass after cops raided his home at dawn in September 2011 in an investigation over his County Hall expenses.
His case will be heard by Justice Sir David Eady in the Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court in London in a two-day hearing starting tomorrow morning.
