Heybridge: Community pull out all the stops for Kelly
Neighbours have pulled out all the stops to raise money for the funeral of a young woman dubbed “a modern day pied piper”.
Following Kelly Challis’ sudden death from chronic pneumonia, Heybridge residents have been rallying round to rash cash.
Michelle English, 39, of Creasen Butt Close, is organising a sponsored walk at 12pm on Saturday from Hadrians Way and Creasen Butt Close to Maldon’s Promenade and back.
