Villagers are up in arms over a proposal for nearly 60 new homes on their doorstep.


Latchingdon could experience a population boom, if plans for land at Bridgemans Farm, Bridgemans Green, come to fruition.
 

Developer Gary Sharp is looking to build as many as 58 houses on the 1.65 hectare site, situated behind a row of 15 houses.

Had a look at Bridgemans Green on Google Streetview, looks nice.

Isn't there a council estate nearby with adjacent land where a land swap could be arranged and these new homes built there?
