Maldon: New apartments proposed
THE site of a former garage in Maldon will be transformed under a proposed Later Living redevelopment.
Developer McCarthy and Stone will share their early proposals for around 31 new apartments which meet the needs of the older generation on the former Orth Garage site at a public exhibition on February 13.
The meeting will be held at Maldon Town Council between 3pm and 7pm.
