Wickford: Woman suffers head injury in crash
A woman has suffered serious injuries following a crash on Saturday.
The East of England Ambulance Service (EEAST) attended the Southend Road at 2.50am. An ambulance, response car and duty officer attended the scene.
EEAST spokesman Gary Sanderson said: “Paramedics worked very hard to treat, stabilise and immobilise the woman who suffered a head injury before she was taken to Queens Hospital in Romford for further care.”
