Burnham: Residents craving a swimming pool
GIVE us a swimming pool!
That was the overwhelming response from the people of Burnham after they were asked by the Standard what new leisure facilities they’d like to see in their town.
A leisure centres survey has been sent out to residents by Maldon District Council, in which they have been asked what improved facilities they would like to see in Burnham and while locals told us they would love a swimming pool, the question of its viability remains.
