52-year-old Robert Glover died in Burnham on Friday afternoon after a cardiac arrest
A heartbroken wife has paid tribute to her husband’s happy and loving nature, after he died suddenly at a friend’s house in Burnham.
Robert Glover, 52, known locally as Big Rob or Robbie, died following a cardiac arrest on Friday afternoon in Queens Road.
The 20-stone self-employed boat builder and carpenter was suffering from a chest infection at the time of death but the cause of death is still unknown.
Wife Pamela Glover, 55, of Station Road, Southminster, said he was “renowned” for his sense of humour.
She said: “He was a lovely man, he talked to everybody and was always kind.”
