A niece is furious after her elderly aunt was left sobbing after allegedly having surgery cancelled for the fifth time.
Rita Nicholls, 75, needs an operation to remove blockages in her veins in both her legs.
Her niece Linda Pratt branded the treatment of her aunt as “ridiculous”.
Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust has apologised, but questioned the number of cancellations.
