A terrified pensioner claimed he was living in fear after an air gun was allegedly shot at a window just yards from where he sits at his computer.

The 65-year-old, who asked not to be named, said it was not the first time there had been trouble in Alamein Road, Burnham, and that life in the street was regularly blighted by antisocial behaviour.

He claimed “yobs” jumped in and out of his back garden and shouted and swore late at night.

If you don't want to be identified, then don't include a picture. I can tell where this is from the features around the address. I used to live here and didn't have much of a problem. Perhaps this chap would be better in an over 60's complex.

Potentially a misleading headline and article.Is there any evidence that an air weapon was used? could it perhaps have been a stone thrown at the window? The headline really should be changed to reflect the facts known of the incident rather than tarnishing our wonderful area. Just my thoughts..
