A lack of bunting for Jubilee celebrations was among the 122 complaints made to

Maldon District Council during a six-month time frame.


Members of the public made 122 complaints and gave 16 compliments to the council between April 1 to September 30.
 

Councillors are set to look at the figures for praise and criticism at a community services committee meeting, taking place tonight.
 

According to the log, the area with the most complaints was the introduction of the new waste contract with 77.
 

In second place with 13 complaints was waste collection issues, including spillages.
 

Residents also complained about grass cutting and damage, disruption caused by

Jubilee celebrations, dog fouling, cleanliness of toilets and property banding.
