Flamboyant pooches descended on a Christmas-themed party for four-legged friends.
Circus Tyanna’s Big Top Christmas Party saw over 60 dogs dress up in wacky and wonderful costumes, including the winning pug, who wowed the crowds as Marilyn Monroe.
Organisers made sure every dog had its day with a host of fun competitions and displays in King George V Playing Field, Heybridge on Saturday.
There were party games, stalls, an opportunity for the dogs to visit Santa as well as the coveted fancy-dress competition.
The event, which is the finale of the eight-month tour of Circus Tyanna, raised over £170 for the Pug Welfare and Rescue Association, which aims to rehome and rescue pugs.
