Police will not be taking any action following an investigation into a fatal industrial accident in Asheldham.

Burnham man Dave Dow, 63, who lived in the Dengie for his whole life, died after getting trapped in machinery while at work at Dengie Crops at the start of May.

Police and the Health and Safety Executive immediately launched an investigation into the death of the father of three.

Essex Police confirmed the case was handed solely to HSE last week.
