LITTLE ones marked the Royal Wedding by holding their own version of the Windsor Castle service.
Pupils at St James’ Church of England Primary School watched on as mini Meghan and Harry, Michelle Onah, five, and Liam Hunter, four, walked down the aisle before exchanging (Haribo) rings a show of their love and affection.

Flower girls Lily Jones-Ruff and Indiana Sharrard, both five, also had important roles to play alongside best man Oscar Omer, also five.
The school’s 415 pupils were asked to wear their Sunday best while teachers and school staff also donned suits, hats and fascinators for the ceremony.
Everyone was treated to a wedding buffet for lunch before taking part in classroom parties in the afternoon.

Headteacher Belynda Fellows said: “It was a lovely occasion and of course everyone had a lot of fun.
“But it does very much tie in with our core values and this week we have been looking at faithfulness and what it means to be faithful to one another and what a Christian wedding entails.

“The children looked at what promises people make to each other and what they mean.”
She added: “But obviously we wanted the children to enjoy the day as well and we all got into the spirit and there was a really happy atmosphere for the whole day.
“We had children in lovely dresses and the boys in lovely suits, so everyone made the effort to mark Harry and Meghan’s big day.”
