Award winning stand-up Patrick Monahan is back at the Colchester Arts Centre this weekend with a new show inspired by his teens.

Identity cards, ‘Cool Britannia’, drink and drugs and rock ‘n’ roll’ were some of the trademarks of the Nineties but for the teetotal and drug free Patrick it was cake and tea and R ‘n’ B.

Exploring what life was like for teenagers in the decade with growing up now, the show is in two halves with Rewind Selector 90s in the second half and the first half made-up of a club set coupled with audience participation.

It takes place on Sunday from 7.30pm with tickets priced £12 and £10 for concessions, available from 01206 500900.
