A MAN was left shaken after being threatened with a knife in Jaywick.
The victim, aged in his 60s, was walking close to Dots of Jaywick, in Broadway, when he was approached by a man, who threatened him with a penknife.
The suspect then walked off.
Police say he did not carry out an assault but the victim was left shaken.
The incident took place at about 4.30pm on Tuesday, December 5.
Details have only just been released.
The suspect is described as black, around 5ft 9ins tall and of a large build with a beard.
He wore a black leather jacket and tracksuit bottoms with three stripes on them.
