A TEENAGE boy died suddenly in Langenhoe.
Residents in Mersea Road were shocked to see police and paramedics on Friday afternoon.
The East of England Ambulance Service Trust was called at 1.40pm.
An ambulance, a rapid response vehicle, and ambulance officer and the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance medical car attended.
Sadly a 13-year-old boy was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police arrived at the house at about 1.45pm.
His death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
