Plans - proposals include a hotel
PLANS to convert a building into a hotel, office, exhibition space, and a restaurant have been submitted to Chelmsford City Council.
The plans are for the development at 60 New London Road, Chelmsford.
The city council is expected to make a decision on the application in June.
