Brutal attack: Man, 40, beaten over the head with metal pole in city - who is this man?
A MAN was hit over the head with a metal pole outside a popular night sppot, ignighting a police appeal for witnesses.
The victim, a man in his 40s, was attacked outside CTZN bar in Chelmsford city centre following an argument at about 1am on Sunday, October 30.
It took place after the victim had ejected two women from the premises.
He was left with a head injury that required stitches.
Anyone who recognises the man is asked to contact Dc Dan Smith at Chelmsford Police Station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
