A FURIOUS resident has vented his anger at dog fouling by putting an X-rated poster on a notice outside his home.

Martin Parmenter, 73, from Salcott, said there is one dog owner who has been letting his pet foul outside his house – and right next to a dog bin.

He decided to take action and put up a poster.

Mr Parmenter said: “Being retired, I spend a lot of time in the village, so I decided to take action.

“The person has seen the notice, but they are still doing it. It’s mostly in the evenings when it gets dark.”

Mr Parmenter thought the problem had stopped after his poster went up, but yesterday morning he found more dog’s mess outside his home.

The culprit remains unknown, but Mr Parmenter hopes his strongly-worded notice will teach the owner a lesson.

He said: “We are all absolutely disgusted. There’s a bin within reaching distance, so it’s somebody who just doesn’t care, there’s no excuse.”
