Trainer holds body combat class to raise money for Breast Cancer Care
A personal trainer is holding a two and a half hour long body combat session to raise money for Breast Cancer Care.
Nikki White, who works at gyms in Chelmsford, decided to raise money and awareness of the disease after seeing five of her friends battle the disease.
Sadly one lady, Gwyneth Richards, died from the disease and her oldest daughter, who has also been fighting breast cancer, has just been told that her cancer is terminal.
The energetic challenge is taking place tomorrow (Sunday) at 1pm at the Riverside Leisure Centre, in Chelmsford.
Anyone wanting to take part can turn up on the day, minimum donation is £5.
