COLCHESTER United supporters fans will be asked to pose for a photograph this weekend as part of a fundraising campaign for the Tom Bowdidge Foundation.
It has teamed up with photographer Gavin King for the 1,000 Faces of Colchester campaign, which will see them attempt to get 1,000 photos of people. If they reach the target, Kerseys Solicitors, based in Colchester Business Park, will donate £1,000.
To date, 77 people have been photographed and the team are hoping to add lots more to their tally at Saturday’s game against Bristol City.
The photo session is from 10am to 3pm. To register, visit cu-fc.com Tom Bowdidge, from West Bergholt, died in October 2013, aged 19, from a rare stomach cancer, and his parents set up a charity in his memory.
