TWO of the three Chihuahua puppies stolen from a Chelmsford garden have been found after being dumped on the side of a road in Rettendon.

Cherry and Peaches were found in a pet carrier on Woodham Road yesterday.

Three-month old Mocha though is still missing. She is described as chocolate coloured all over.

The puppies were taken on Thursday, August 14, at around 8.30pm, from a property in Burghley Way.

The pups owner, Christina, tweeted saying: “Good news, the police called to say they had found cherry and peaches, they had been dumped in pet carrier on Woodham Road in Rettendon.

“Two of my babies are back. Mocha is still missing though. So glad to have these two back.

“Just proves publicity is a powerful tool if your pet is stolen, never give up hope. Let's pray for mochas safe return.”
