Maldon: Trio can expect jail after church arson

Three yobs have been warned they face jail after going on a drunken rampage in Maldon, causing £10,000 damage to a church.
The trio broke into the Swan Hotel cellar to steal beer before going on to torch furniture inside the Baptist Church.
Robert Barrell, 18, of Hillside, Maldon, Connor Russell, 21, of Oak Road, Heybridge, and Steven Donoghue, 24, of Cripplegate, Southminster, all admitted arson between January 8-11 last year at the
start of their trial at Chelmsford Crown Court last Tuesday.
