Maldon: Vandals wreak havoc at pre-school
Young children have been left distraught after vandals broke into a pre-school garden and tore their work from the walls.
Damage was also caused to a play house when the outdoor area at Maldon Community Pre-School, in Wantz Chase, was broken into.
Manager Vikki Mitchell said: “We came into work on the Monday and found that some people had been in the garden.
“There was at least a few people because there were a few chairs around the shed.
“They were using their little play washing up bowl as an ash tray. It was horrible."
