Burnham: Pupils meet celebrity chef
Fourteen pupils were delighted to a meet a celebrity sous chef.
A group of Year Nine Ormiston Rivers Academy pupils recently visited the Good Food Show at the NEC, Birmingham, where they met Monica Galetti, Sous Chef to world famous Michel Roux.
They also watched a live demonstration by the Hairy Bikers who cooked pan seared scallops with pea mash and quails egg followed by apricot tatin.
