Maldon: Council hopes to have resolved 46 complaints
Maldon District Council has been working to resolve 46 complaints.
In the last financial year, the council received 46 complaints and 40 compliments in connection with its customer and democratic services, its financial services, organisational development department, as well as its housing, revenues and benefits service.
Among the complaints, seven were made over the temporary withdrawal of the What’s on Guide and three were made over lost documents to do with housing, revenues and benefits.
A report set to be discussed at a finance and corporate services committee on June 12, noted: “The What’s On Guide has now been replaced by a new version which is printed from our website.
“Work is still required to allow users to customise the print out to their needs.”
