Steeple: Cyclist taken to hospital after collision with stationary car

A cyclist had to be taken to hospital with head injuries after going into the back of a parked vehicle.

The cyclist, a 55-year-old man, was taken by ambulance to Basildon Hospital after the incident in The Street, Steeple, at about 9.30am on Saturday.

Essex Air Ambulance was also called.
