WIND farm protesters are set to issue an energy company with an ultimatum, promising to sue if building goes ahead.
Energy company Npower Renewables has completed its preparations and now plans to begin building the ten-turbine wind farm, at Hockley Farm, in Bradwell, before Easter.
But Gordon Pirret, chairman of protest group Battle (Bradwell and Tillingham Tackling Lost Environment), said the group’s fight was not over and it intended to use a High Court case, where a couple settled out of court with a wind farm developer, to prompt Npower into action.
