ST Peter's High School in Burnham has been placed in special measures by Ofsted.
A report by inspectors published this morning revealed that the school is "failing to give its pupils an acceptable standard of education."
It means the school will be visited by inspectors every term to be assessed.
The school was put into special measures back in 2003 before coming out in 2005.
