SOUTHEND Manor boss Adam Peek says his side will respect the unknown Hoddesdon Town when the two teams meet in the Essex Senior League tomorrow.

Hoddesdon are unbeaten in their two matches so far, while Manor have lost two of the last three - although they did beat Halstead Town 5-0 on Tuesday.

“They have started the season well and from what I have been told they are quite young and have pace,” said Peek. “You have to respect what they have done so far since they joined the league.

“We started excellently but against Hullbridge and Romania we were not clinical. That needs to change.”

Kye Jude is away, although Lewis Sparrow may feature following an injury assessment.

Hullbridge Sports welcome Stansted to the Ryan’s Heating Stadium bidding for another three points and shut-out to boot.

Sports have yet to concede in the league in their opening two matches.

Sports manager Darren Manning confirmed Joe Pattison, Rob Hodgson and Matt Dicks would be unavailable.

Matt Tapley returns and Emmanuel Okunja is rated 50/50 for the encounter.
